Travel ID: Iran and Iraq

Iran Doostan Tours and Kurdistan Iraq Tours will offer the first joint tour of Iran and Iraqi Kurdistan in June 2019 for a select group of travellers. This unique voyage will cover the classic cities and sites of Iran including Shiraz, Isfahan, and Tehran – covering the ancient past of Persepolis to the Safavid pinnacle of art and architecture to the frenetic development and change to 20th century Iran. Then move on to the multi-cultural ancient land of Kurdistan that has survived the ravages of Saddam Hussein to emerge as one of the Middle East’s most vibrant democracies. Explore the world’s oldest continuously inhabited city, the mysterious temple of the Yezidi faith, magnificent mosques, third-century monasteries, and the region’s spectacular natural beauty.
